When i first saw the Carousel Notes in our Spring Occasions Mini catalog I thought, "What would i do with these?" Well, during the last month or so the ideas have been springing up all over the place. This cute idea was brought to my Group Shoe Box swap last week by my amazing friend and an extremely talented demonstrator, Cindee.
